(Cutting Grown)
Most Alyogyne (in the US) embrace the cool color palette with their range of purples. If the warm tones are more your style <insert fist bump from a fellow traveler>, this Southern Australian native put a smile on your dial. Like its blue friends, it makes an excellent cut flower, but be sure to cut it before it opens for the best vase life. As soon as the pollinators arrive and start their work, the flower's days are numbered. It responds well to a hard prune in the spring to avoid the awkward, lanky look.
