(Seed Grown)
The Couch Honeypot was formerly a Dryandra before being lumped into Banksia with the rest of the genus. So you don't think it looks much like a Banksia; I'm inclined to agree, but let's put the botanical thumb wrestling aside and talk about those cool leaves. Each one has tiny serrations that give it a fern-like appearance. The backsides are a soft white, so the effect of the jostling leaves when the wind is about is terrific. The flowers tend to hide away in the foliage, so I hope you'll be distracted by the leaves and not seek them out for a vase visit.
