Alstroemeria werdermannii var. flavicans is native to central Chile, thriving in the arid foothills of the Atacama Desert. Found in rocky outcrops and dry valleys, it endures intense sun and minimal rainfall. This hardy perennial thrives in well-drained soils. Butter yellow flowers stand atop the succulent-like foliage.
