(Seed Grown)
As botanical names take up more room in my brain each year, memories from my younger years tend to get the boot - except for the first time I stumbled across a Telopea in full bloom. The high canopy eucalyptus bushland was relatively muted in color, so the sight of a bright red flower was hard to miss. I had zero interest in plants in those days (I'm late to most parties), but that memory is burned in. When your Telopea does decide to bloom for you, I guarantee the same result.
Limited crop this year but I've sourced a good lot of seed for 2025.
